Marc Monson is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with over two decades of service, specializing in traffic collision investigation and reconstruction. Since beginning his police career he has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of accident reconstruction, including scene mapping, event data recorder (EDR) analysis, and advanced collision reconstruction techniques.

Marc is responsible for leading complex crash investigations, analyzing physical and digital evidence, and determining causative factors in serious and fatal collisions. His depth of knowledge and technical proficiency have made him a trusted expert in the field, and he has provided expert testimony in both criminal and civil proceedings.

Throughout his career, Marc has completed comprehensive training in accident investigation and reconstruction from recognized institutions and continually advances his skills through ongoing professional development. His meticulous approach, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy have earned him respect among peers and within the broader traffic safety community.

Founder

Detective Brandon Liukko is a veteran law enforcement officer with over 14 years of experience, specializing in collision investigation and reconstruction. Brandon has investigated and reconstructed more than 200 serious injury and fatal collisions involving vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, and trains. Brandon has over 500 hours of training in collision investigation and reconstruction.

Brandon holds certifications as an FAA sUAV (drone) pilot and Faro 3D laser scanner technician. His technical expertise includes crash data retrieval and advanced scene mapping using drone and 3D technologies.

Throughout his career, Brandon Liukko has provided expert testimony in both civil and criminal cases, offering professional insight into collision dynamics and forensic evidence. He is an active member of the Washington Association of Technical Accident Investigators (WATAI) and the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS).

Case Preparation Expert

David Fontenot is a progressive, professional, highly respected law enforcement leader with over 30 years of experience managing, analyzing and investigating complex criminal enterprises. Dave is a recognized expert in homicide, cold case, interview and documenting detailed, multi-layered case investigations, Dave’s expertise is in the preparation and deliverable analysis. As a case manager Dave brings expertise in court testimony and preparing witnesses with the highest level of integrity.

A certified instructor and national advisor with the Washington and International Homicide Investigators Associations, he brings proven supervisory leadership, multi-agency coordination, and investigative excellence to every case.

Forensic Mechanic

Tracy Wolgamot is a seasoned automotive expert with over 31 years of hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Beginning his career in 1994, he spent eight years as lead technician at CV Chevrolet in Lynnwood, Washington, where he spearheaded the dealership’s internal repair team, conducting thousands of pre-sale inspections and ensuring used vehicles met rigorous safety and performance

For more than a decade, he has overseen the maintenance and repair of the 1000’s of fleet vehicles while supervising technicians, enforcing quality-control protocols, and guaranteeing every vehicle meets public-safety requirements before returning to service.

A recognized authority in the field, Tracy holds prestigious credentials including ASE Master Automotive Technician, ASE Master School Bus Technician, and graduate of the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program. He has completed over 140 GM training courses, 65 Ford Factory training courses, and maintained GM Master Technician certification until 2005. His extensive experience with Ford platforms, combined with deep knowledge of dealership pre-delivery inspection standards, makes him a trusted resource for businesses and individuals seeking expert guidance on vehicle safety, repair quality, and industry best practices.
